Doula Support Packages

The packages on my website serve as starting points. I'm happy to create customized options to suit your needs—feel free to reach out!

Optional add-ons:

  • Pregnancy support offers guidance and care for the birthing person and their family throughout pregnancy and into the early postpartum period.

    This package is ideal for those who don’t plan to have a doula present at their birth but would still appreciate support before and after their baby arrives.

    Like all of my offerings, this package can be fully tailored to your needs. The standard package includes:

    • 2 prenatal visits (4 hours total)

    • Monthly check-ins

    • 1 postpartum visit (2 hours total)

    • Continuous phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy and up until one week postpartum.

    • Personalized resource lists

      This package is priced at $400

  • Birth doula support provides care and guidance for the birthing person and their family during pregnancy, throughout labor, and in the early postpartum period.

    As with all of my offerings, this package can be personalized to fit your specific needs. The standard package includes:

    • 2 prenatal visits (4 hours total)

    • Monthly check-ins

    • On call from 37 weeks until your birth

    • Attendance at your birth

    • 1 postpartum visit within two weeks (2 hours total)

    • Continuous phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy and up until one week postpartum.

      This package is priced at $800

  • Postpartum support offers a blend of emotional care, practical help, and educational guidance for new parents.

    This may include things like light housekeeping, meal prep, infant care, and access to helpful resources.

    Each standard package includes:

    • Ongoing phone and email support throughout the postpartum period

    • In-person visits (typically 3 to 4 hours each)

    12 hours of postpartum support: $355

    24 hours of postpartum support: $710

    Overnight postpartum Support: $35/hour

  • This combined package incorporates both birth and postpartum support to ensure your family receives continuous, consistent care from pregnancy through the early postpartum period. It includes:

    • Two prenatal visits (totaling 4 hours)

    • Monthly check-ins

    • On-call availability starting at 37 weeks

    • In-person support during your birth

    • 12 hours of postpartum care

    • Ongoing phone and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum

    This package is priced at $1200

Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) — a Full Spectrum Doula based in Los Angeles, offering both local and virtual support. I specialize in postpartum care, holding space for families during one of the most tender and transformative times in life.

I am certified as a Full Spectrum Doula through Birth Advocacy Doula Trainings, which provided the foundation of my practice in reproductive justice and gender-affirming support. I am also a Certified Community-Based Doula trained through SBCC Thrive LA, a non-profit training program rooted in community-driven care.

My practice centers reproductive justice, gender-affirming support, and community care, providing inclusive, spaces where families feel seen and guided through evidence-based education.

Outside of birthwork, I love practicing yoga, exploring new places and learning languages. I also love newborn care, R&B music, and reading.  Fun fact about me- I am a twin!
